A 7-day audio program in the LU app, designed to reset your nervous system, bring back your energy and rebuild your relationship with sleep. Every day, the program guides you: waking up in the morning, unwinding and resetting in the afternoon, drifting off at night.
The practices work with the body, the brain and the nervous system: science-based exercises, breathwork and yoga nidra, plus a little theory.
All you need to do is listen to the audio in order and trust your body.
Change begins with rethinking your habits and rituals, and with learning to notice tension and recover from stress.
Sleep Reset takes you from syncing your circadian rhythms to the depths of sleep, with a new theme every day.
Format: 3 audio practices a day.
Recommended schedule: morning at 9:00 am, afternoon at 1:00 pm, before bed at 10:30 pm.
You can adjust the timing to fit your preferences and lifestyle.

For anyone who finds it hard to switch off their mind before bed or stop scrolling, who takes a long time to fall asleep and wakes up tired even after plenty of sleep. If you feel your nervous system is overloaded, sleep is the first thing worth paying attention to.
You don’t need any experience with meditation or breathwork: each audio guides you and explains what to do.
The program is not a substitute for treatment. If you snore with pauses in your breathing (sleep apnea), or have restless legs syndrome, bruxism, an anxiety disorder or chronic insomnia, it’s best to see a specialist first.
Morning: 4–10 minutes
Daytime: 3 to 20 minutes
Night: 7–13 minutes
On average, the program takes 20–40 minutes a day. You listen to the morning and night practices in bed, and slot the daytime ones into your schedule whenever suits you.
The program helps you return to natural sleep, the way nature intended. We focus on your overall well-being. The best results come from working on your sleep consistently and holistically.
LU members who did the Sleep Reset practices regularly and followed the sleep hygiene recommendations noticed:
- a pleasant tiredness in the evening
