This document describes the consent to personal data processing given by users of the LU website and mobile application.

2. Purposes

a) account registration and management;
b) providing access to the LU website and mobile application;
c) performing the contract, including purchases and access to paid programs;
d) sending service messages related to your account and purchases;
e) handling support requests.

Consent to receive marketing communications is collected separately and is not part of this consent. Declining marketing does not affect your ability to use the Service.

3. Categories of data

a) email address;
b) name or nickname you provide;
c) profile photo, if uploaded;
d) date of birth and gender, if provided;
e) account identifier (UID) and sign-in method (email, Google, Apple);
f) purchased programs and access status;
g) technical data: IP address, browser type and version, date and time of request.

4. Retention and withdrawal

This consent is valid from the day it is given until it is withdrawn.

You may withdraw it at any time by writing to support@lu-app.com or by deleting your account in the app (instructions). Withdrawal means you can no longer use your account.
